We are looking for a highly experienced Salesforce Lead to lead this project in Mexico, The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Salesforce architecture, APEX development, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and deployment best practices. This role involves full project involvement, leading the development and implementation of innovative solutions.

What you will do

• Led the registration project in Mexico, ensuring the delivery of an MVP that enhances the registration experience for our staff.
• Collaborate closely with the current team, including Business Analysts, Developers, and QA members, to meet project objectives.
• Develop and maintain solutions in Salesforce, including Experience Cloud (Communities Cloud) and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Implement high-quality development and deployment practices, ensuring efficiency and scalability of solutions.
• Participate in the creation of requirements and process flows, providing technical and business expertise.
• Guide and mentor team members, promoting a collaborative and agile work environment.
