Our story

From a shared vision to a company that keeps evolving.

Ensitech began in 2004 within the innovation ecosystem of ITESM as part of Mexico’s National Business Incubation Program. It was born from the dream of three partners with different paths but the same goal, to use technology to solve real business challenges. From the very beginning, they embraced a belief that still guides them today: technology should be a bridge, not a barrier.

The first chapter focused on creating software for small and medium businesses. Early clients were more than customers; they believed in Ensitech’s vision. Soon, leading companies such as OXXO, Cemex, and Televisa began requesting solutions tailored to their unique needs.

A decisive moment came when the founders joined ITESM’s enlace+ program, where expert guidance and a more structured decision-making approach doubled growth and reshaped priorities.

In 2015, when the world was only beginning to whisper about artificial intelligence, Ensitech was already delivering AI solutions to businesses. Eduardo Ramirez’s doctoral research in Intelligent Systems and his experience at Yahoo Research and Microsoft Research positioned the company as a global pioneer in applied AI services.

Over time, they evolved from product developer to long-term technology partner. Their commitment to quality culminated in achieving CMMI Development V2.0 Maturity Level 5, the highest global standard in software development.

Today, the #Ensiteam spans over 12 countries, serving Fortune 500s such as Berkshire Hathaway as well as innovative startups. What began as the vision of three entrepreneurs has become a trusted global partner, and the story of Ensitech continues to unfold.

Our founders were recognized at the Monterrey Venture Capital Conference 2010 as part of the Top 100 Entrepreneurs in Northeastern Mexico.

Luis Canche

Chief Operations Officer

A specialist in managing web technology projects, with experience leading large-scale IT initiatives for PEMEX. Luis brings the operational and strategic vision that has guided Ensitech from its early days to becoming a CMMI Level 5 appraised company.

Jorge Ayala

Chief Commercial Officer

An economist and MBA with a specialization in technology marketing and commercialization. Named among the Top 100 Entrepreneurs in Northeastern Mexico, Jorge also serves as Managing Director North America for JULIUS Connected 2 Grow.

Eduardo Ramirez

Chief AI Officer

Ph.D. in Intelligent Systems, with experience at Yahoo Research and Microsoft Research. A distinguished expert in AI, specifically recognized for his contributions to both academia and industry. Eduardo leads Ensitech’s data science and AI initiatives and founded the Data Science community in Mexico.
