We are seeking a motivated and experienced IT Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team. The IT Recruiter will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and recruiting the best talent in information technology to meet the staffing needs of our organization and our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of technology roles, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in IT recruitment.

What You Will Do:

• Talent Sourcing and Identification
• Candidate Evaluation and Selection
• Process Management
• Collaboration with Account Managers
• Job Posting and Advertisement
• Data Management and Reporting
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in the recruitment applicant tracking system.
• Provide regular updates on recruitment activities, candidate pipeline, and hiring progress.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in IT recruitment or technical recruitment.
• Familiarity with various IT roles, technologies, and programming languages.
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS, CRM) and recruitment software.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
• Intermediate – Advanced English (comprehension, reading, and speaking).
