The mission of the Position: Ensure the optimal compliance of DO’s operational processes by supporting the monitoring of Staffing collaborators’ performance, establishing action plans, and providing guidance in professional development.

What you will do

  • Collaborate in planning monthly and quarterly follow-ups with collaborators, providing support in managing the agenda.
  • Actively follow up on surveys and forms, ensuring the participation of Staffing collaborators through updates and reminders.
  • Support and follow up on training requests, from receiving the requests for internal documentation to their closure.
  • Organize pre- and post-training activities, such as creating training folders, kickoff presentations, training sheets, and scheduling post-training evaluations.
  • Assist in periodic performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
  • Develop and implement initiatives to improve employee satisfaction and well-being.
  • Ensure that collaborators’ performance meets client standards and requirements.
  • Support activities related to monitoring collaborators’ performance, establishing follow-up metrics, and providing reports on the agreements generated to contribute to client satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary remote teams.
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Openness, attention to detail, and receiving feedback.
  • Aptitude for coordinating events and training programs.
  • Critical thinking.
  • Basic knowledge of Human Resources processes.
  • Customer service.
  • Adaptability and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Advanced English.
