What you will do

• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for the internal NOC to ensure optimal network performance and reliability.
•  Deploy and manage monitoring solutions using Datadog and Grafana across Linux and Windows servers.
•  Monitor and optimize AWS services, including EC2, ELB, and RDS instances, ensuring high availability and performance.
•  Develop and maintain automated deployment scripts using Ansible and Terraform to streamline infrastructure provisioning and management.
•  Design and implement comprehensive dashboards and alerting systems to monitor the health and performance of enterprise systems.
•  Lead incident response efforts, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely resolution to minimize downtime.
•  Work closely with cross-functional teams, including development, operations, and security, to ensure seamless integration and performance of systems.
