Ensitech Software Factory Achieves Highest Rating
with CMMI Level 5 Appraisal
We are very proud to announce that Ensitech Software Factory has successfully achieved CMMI Development V2.0 Maturity Level 5, making us one of the few companies in Mexico to be assessed at the highest Maturity Level of this new CMMI model.
It is not every day that a company achieves maturity level 5, the highest maturity level rating of the Capability Maturity Model Integration. And this year we have become one of the few elite companies achieving this prestigious honor.
CMMI is a capability improvement framework that provides organizations with the essential elements of effective processes that ultimately improve their performance.
What does it mean to achieve level 5?
An appraisal at maturity level 5 indicates that Ensitech is performing at an optimizing level. It means that at this level, we, as an organization, continually improve our processes based on a quantitative understanding of our business objectives and performance needs. Ensitech uses a quantitative approach to understand the variation inherent in the process and the causes of process outcomes.
