We’re seeking a self-motivated and detail-oriented Full-Stack Developer with excellent problem-solving and communication skills to join our team.
This is a fully remote position open to candidates based in Mexico only.

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, debug applications and establish guidelines and best practices for website development.
- Support, maintain, and administer deployed solutions.
- Plan and design information structure and architecture.
- Collaborate with product owners, designers, and internal stakeholders to enhance the user experience.
- Define system objectives and scope to modify or create applications.
- Recommend system solutions by comparing custom development and purchase alternatives, considering their advantages and disadvantages.
- Integrate applications by designing database architecture and server scripting, studying and establishing connectivity with network systems, search engines, and information servers.
- Provide advice, coaching, and educational opportunities to web application engineers.
What you need to succeed
- 6 years of experience in web application design and development, working with Visual Studio, C#, MVC, and ASP.NET.
- Strong back-end development skills, with experience in WebAPI and Azure Functions.
- Ability to diagnose and visualize changes necessary for certain problems and understand impacts and articulate Design Patterns and when they should be used.
- Familiarity with industry-standard books and blogs.
- Active in writing and running unit tests.
- Experience building cross-browser applications in an object-oriented environment, using application development technologies including web services, JavaScript, DHTML, XML, Rest, and CSS.
- Experience developing against SQL Server relational databases.
