Responsibilities
- Develop, test, debug, and maintain web applications using Ruby on Rails.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other developers, to build high-quality software solutions.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code that adheres to best practices and coding standards.
- Deploy web applications to production environments, monitor and troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability and performance.
- Continuously improve software development processes and practices, including code review, continuous integration, and continuous delivery.
What you need to succeed
- 3+ years of professional software development experience.
- Strong working experience and deep knowledge of Ruby on Rails.
- Understanding and experience with front-end programming: JavaScript, AJAX, JSON, HTML5.
- Experience writing and communication with backend services using RESTful APIs, gRPC, or messaging-based systems.
- Experience using Git for version control.
- It would be a plus if you have experience with Backbone.js and AWS, knowledge of SQL and a passion for following SOLID Design Principles.
