Currently looking for a Middle ServiceNow Admin who will be responsible for supporting platform. You must have an eagerness to learn, grow, and get up to speed quickly.
- Administration of ServiceNow platform
- Troubleshoot existing solutions
- Enhance core application
- Ability to write clear, concise and accurate technical documentation
- Load, manipulate and maintain data between ServiceNow and other systems.
- Thorough understanding of ITIL/ITSM processes
- Hands-on deployment experience with the ServiceNow platform.
- Understanding of configuration management principles
- 1+ years analysis, design, development and implementation of ServiceNow applications
- Knowledge of ITIL processes
- Hands-on experience working with relational databases.
- Work both independently and as a part of a team
- Bilingual in English & Spanish
- ServiceNow implementation experience in ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB & Asset).
